Scoot! Quarterly ships most domestic packages through Fedex Ground and Fedex Residential Ground services which can take up to 5 days to be received. Smaller orders (5 magazines or under) are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped through USPS.
Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be shipped by Friday of the same week. Orders placed after noon on Friday will ship the following Monday.

RETURNS

While we take great care in filling your order quickly and accurately, mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong item, contact us and we will make it right. Additionally, if an item arrives damaged contact us and we can exchange it.
